No. All of our stencils are IMAGE SIZE; from edge to edge; top to bottom. Do not include the border when determining the size you need for your project. We automatically add 1/2-1" border.

Mylar Food-Safe 7.5 mil; which is a plastic film-like durable, flexible, reusable material. 

Stencils are made-to-order. We process orders within 3 business days. Stencils are shipped using USPS 1st Class shipping/UPS Ground/USPS Priority Mail with tracking and are mailed out Monday-Friday .  Inclement weather can delay delivery of your item so please take that into consideration if your order is received late.

We must be contacted immediately through our Contact Us page for all cancellations prior to a tracking number appearing on your order.  Once the order has a tracking number it has to be received by the Buyer & delivery refused or returned by the Buyer for a refund. Fun With Stencils doesn't pay for return postage on orders that already shipped unless there's an order problem on our part. A restocking fee may apply. 

Custom Request cannot be returned. We only accept returns on our standard items that are listed. Please contact us within 14 business days from the original date of purchase by sending us a message through our CONTACT US page. The Buyer is responsible for the return postage fee. We only accept UNUSED and UNDAMAGED items as returns. Returns must be in their original packing or similar packing (please send picture of your own packing prior to mailing). Once the item is received back in-house and inspected a refund will be granted if the item is in unused condition minus the return shipping & outgoing shipping fees.  This policy excludes if you received the wrong item or wrong size. 

If your stencil was damaged upon delivery; please send us a picture 'immediately'. Please do not just return the item without notifying us. Once we receive your message and inspect the pictures we will contact you.

Please send us a picture immediately. If the wrong size is received please send a picture of the item next to a ruler (required). Do not return the item until advised otherwise by FunWithStencils.

Upon checkout we offer 3 options for shipping. It's up to the Buyer to select the option that best fits their needs and to receive their order within the time needed for their project. Expedited Shipping has an extremely hi-rate. Please contact us for a quote by submitting your complete address including zip code.

Soak your stencil in warm soapy water scrubbing carefully. If you used adhesive spray we recommend using Goo Gone to remove the adhesive then use warm soapy water. Let the stencil air dry. 

To hold the stencil flat, use a spray adhesive and/or tape to hold it in place. If you are hanging it on a wall you can also use push pins. To prevent bleeding you can use Mod Podge. Please watch YouTube videos on how to use this product on stencils. Airbrushing is the best painting technique due to the low presser. If using spray paint please use your own discretion and experience. We recommend watching YouTube videos on different techniques used for stencil art. Google also has tips & techniques that are helpful. 

Our stencils can be used on wood, concrete, glass, metal and many other surfaces including cylinder shapes. Please clean the surface prior to usage for the best outcome. 

Yes,  You can submit a custom request on our custom request page with all the required information. We don't accept all custom request. Custom request cannot be returned and are non-refundable items. We do require a non-refundable $6 design deposit; which you will receive an invoice for prior to us starting the design process. Design work only starts after the deposit is paid in full. The deposit will be credited towards your final purchase.  You will receive the final design for approval; which has to be accepted or denied. Upon acceptance; we will invoice you for the remaining balance. Once payment is received we will process your order.  Custom request quotes are good for 10 business days from date of quote.  

Yes, but we must receive the name of font. If we don't have the font you need, we may ask for another choice or submit some related choices to you for your decision. Yes, the Mylar we use is food-safe and we have verified this with the Manufacturer.  If you are using a Stencil Genie or any other food device, please let us know when you place your order so we can add more border. We recommend washing the stencil prior to using on food.  There is not extra charge for added border for cookie/food stencils.

We ship large stencils in a box tube and bubble wrap. 

Since we don't charge a design fee and we put the work into creating the design we only allow 1 design without an actual purchase per customer.  Any other request from the same customer they will be a design fee going forward before an request is accepted.
