Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS and REFUNDS:

BASIC RETURN: A picture is required prior to returning the item. The item must be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date. All Returns must be returned in 'unused" condition and in their original packing; if possible. Once the item is received back in-house and inspected then a refund will be granted. A 20% restocking fee may apply. FunWithStencils doesn't pay for return postage unless it was the wrong item.  Custom Request cannot be returned nor refunded.

DAMAGED ITEMS: A picture must be sent to us prior to returning the item. Once we receive the picture of the item; we will notify you as to what to do with the item. Must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase date. 

WRONG SIZE or ITEM RECEIVED: A picture must be sent to us next to a ruler showing the wrong size was received. If it was the wrong size a replacement will be sent out immediately.  If it was the wrong item then the correct item will be sent out immediately. Must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase date. 

ITEM NOT RECEIVED: You have the option of receiving the same ordered item or a refund.

ITEM SHOWS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED: USPS will scan the item as delivered but at times USPS comes back the next day to leave the actual item. We'll send you a list as to where to look for the item if it shows delivered. Once verified a refund will be issued based upon USPS/UPS history and info we receive pertaining to the delivery.
